2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT.
By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about how BLIPOINT retains, treats and protects the personal data which is provided through the forms provided on the website www.blipoint.com, (hereinafter known as the "Website"), as well as those pertaining to their navigation on the website and any other information they could provide to Blipoint in the future.
In accordance with the provisions of the current and applicable legislation on personal data protection, by accepting this Privacy Policy, the user gives their informed consent, expressly, freely and unequivocally so that the personal data they provide through the Website is treated by BLIPOINT who is responsible for such data unless it is otherwise stated.
The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple way, to facilitate its understanding, and to allow the User to determine freely and voluntarily if he wishes to provide their personal data to BLIPOINT.
3. OBLIGATION TO FACILITATE DATA.

- Periodically send the BLIPOINT newsletter.
- Learn about current issues related to photography, trends and travel related to BLIPOINT.
- Perform statistical analysis regarding the use made of the platform, being able to obtain general conclusions of the tastes and major tendencies in what refers to fashion and use these, in a completely anonymous way, commercially.
- Manage participations in contests and promotional events organized by BLIPOINT, if the user has registered in them.
- Use material associated with the profile of the user to carry out promotions and advertising of BLIPOINT and third parties related to the photography, trends and travel sector.
- By accepting these Privacy Policy , you give us permission to use your name and any information that you have published with the photographs, as well as to allocate the photographs uploaded for purely advertising purposes, without under any circumstances there being commercial purposes or any consideration due to said advertising, unless this content contains personal data; in this case we will always ask for your prior express consent.
5. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BLIPOINT TREAT?
BLIPOINT will process the data that is requested and, in any case, this that is indicated as mandatorily necessary for the provision of the service requested. In the event that the User does not provide the data marked as mandatory, this will create the impossibility of carrying out the provision of services.
